Use a rotary attachement for personalization.
Remove the lid before engraving, pull out the metal pieces around the mouth.
Polar Camels are made from 18/8 guage stainless steel (18% chromium/8% nickel)

Laser Raster settings for Powder Coated Mugs:
– 35 watt DPI 600 Speed 85% Power 100%
– 60 watt DPI 600 Speed 90% Power 100%
– 80 watt -Trotec brand laser- PPI 1000 Speed 56% Power 100%
Note: The recommended settings above may need adjustments for best results.
Settings will vary depending on the Brand watt and model
Lasering the Polar Camel
1. Place in laser so mug is flat and level
2. Mugs are front lasering only
3. Rotary attachment may be used.
Clean up:
1. After lasering use acetone use a small amount on a paper towel. This will
clean off residue left on the cup.
